Child Arrangements Order

This Government Portal highlights the steps that need to be taken to bring a Child Arrangements Order. There is a legal requirement for an attempt to be made to solve the dispute via mediation. There are exceptions to this (such as any risk of harm, so you may want to contact us if you would like to know more).
